Build volume of the Creality K2 Plus

Build plate 350 × 350 mm, height 350 mm. Keeping a 5 mm margin, each part must fit in 345 × 345 × 345 mm. Parts can be turned on the plate, so SplitSTL also picks the orientation: a long, flat object can reach about 477 mm along the diagonal.

Frequently asked questions

What is the maximum print size of the Creality K2 Plus?

The build volume of the Creality K2 Plus is 350 × 350 × 350 mm. Anything bigger has to be scaled down or split into several parts.

How many parts for a cosplay helmet on the K2 Plus?

A helmet of about 24 × 28 × 30 cm needs at least 1 part on the K2 Plus with a grid split. The natural-joint split of SplitSTL Pro can follow the helmet’s design lines instead.

How do I join the printed parts?

SplitSTL drills aligned pin holes (printable pins included) or magnet pockets, and engraves each part’s number on its cut face. An illustrated assembly guide comes with the export.
