FAQ
How do I find the size of an STL file?
Drop it here: the viewer shows its dimensions in millimetres on all three axes. If the file is in inches or centimetres, change the units.
How is the weight calculated?
From the model volume, the material density, the walls (about 1.2 mm) and the infill you choose. It is an estimate close to a slicer’s.
What if my model is too big?
Use the SplitSTL splitter: it cuts the model into parts that fit your bed, with dowel connectors and engraved numbers.
