Frequently asked questions
Which formats are supported?
STL (binary or ASCII), OBJ, 3MF and GLB, up to 4 million triangles. You get binary STLs and a 3MF project.
My file is not watertight. Will it work?
Small defects (holes, flipped normals, duplicate faces) are fixed automatically. Badly broken meshes can be rebuilt into a printable solid by GPU repair.
How do the dowels work?
Aligned holes are drilled on both sides of every cut. Print the supplied pins (flat, no supports) or use wooden or metal dowels of the same diameter, then glue. For a removable build, pick “Magnets”: pockets sized to your magnets are cut on both sides.
Do my files stay private?
The preview is computed locally in your browser. On export the model is sent to our server to build the files, then deleted automatically (after 48 h if unpaid, 14 days after payment).
Can I get a refund?
The export is digital content delivered immediately, so the withdrawal right no longer applies once the download is available. If something goes wrong technically, email us and we will fix it or refund you.
What about resin printers?
Pick a resin preset (Elegoo Saturn, Anycubic Photon…) or type in your machine’s build volume.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Pay per export, or take a 30-day or one-year pass. Passes never renew automatically: you only buy again if you need to.
