Split a model that is too big for the Anycubic Photon Mono M7 Pro
The Anycubic Photon Mono M7 Pro prints up to 223 × 126 × 230 mm. SplitSTL splits your model into parts that fit, with pins or magnets, engraved part numbers and 3MF plates ready to slice.
Build volume of the Anycubic Photon Mono M7 Pro
Build plate 223 × 126 mm, height 230 mm. Keeping a 5 mm margin, each part must fit in 218 × 121 × 225 mm. Parts can be turned on the plate, so SplitSTL also picks the orientation: a long, flat object can reach about 239 mm along the diagonal.

Tips for the Photon Mono M7 Pro
- On a resin printer, hollow large parts and add drain holes: less resin and less suction.
- Parts stay small: expect more parts than on an FDM printer and glue them with cyanoacrylate.
- Thin pins (3 to 4 mm) are enough; check the fit with the coupon, resin is less forgiving than filament.
- Tilt the parts in your resin slicer after export: the cut face is still the best orientation reference.

Frequently asked questions
What is the maximum print size of the Anycubic Photon Mono M7 Pro?
The build volume of the Anycubic Photon Mono M7 Pro is 223 × 126 × 230 mm. Anything bigger has to be scaled down or split into several parts.
How many parts for a cosplay helmet on the Photon Mono M7 Pro?
A helmet of about 24 × 28 × 30 cm needs at least 8 parts on the Photon Mono M7 Pro with a grid split. The natural-joint split of SplitSTL Pro can follow the helmet’s design lines instead.
How do I join the printed parts?
SplitSTL drills aligned pin holes (printable pins included) or magnet pockets, and engraves each part’s number on its cut face. An illustrated assembly guide comes with the export.
